For customers in France and the European Union:
No import duties or customs fees. Because we ship from our warehouse in Paris, France, the price you see is the price you pay. Your order travels freely within the EU.
For customers outside the European Union (including United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland, United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, etc.):
Yes – your order may be subject to import duties, local VAT, and customs handling fees. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs. They are collected by your local customs authority and must be paid by you, the customer.
Important: We are not responsible for any customs delays, additional taxes, or fees imposed by your country. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

Free shipping thresholds:
- France: €100
- EU: €150
- International: €250

Normal periods: Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days from our warehouse in Paris, France.
Black Friday Sale Period:
Shipping begins immediately when the sale goes live. However, due to high order volume, please allow up to 7–10 business days for your order to be fulfilled and dispatched.
Once dispatched:
- France: 2–3 business days
- European Union: 3–5 business days (no customs)
- International (UK, Switzerland, US, etc.): 5–14 business days (customs fees may apply)
Order Protection is an optional service available at checkout that helps protect your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
If your parcel is affected by one of these issues, you may submit a claim for a replacement or refund, subject to review and approval by Capsule Gods.
Please note that the Order Protection fee is calculated at checkout based on your order, destination, and shipping method. This fee may vary and is subject to change over time without prior notice.
HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM
If you purchased Order Protection and need to make a claim, please contact us at:

- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of damaged items (if applicable)
All claims must be submitted within 30 days of your order being fulfilled.
WHAT IS COVERED
Order Protection covers eligible orders in the event of:
- Loss during transit
- Damage during transit
- Delivery marked as delivered by the carrier but not received
Please note that coverage applies only to outbound shipments. Return parcels sent back to us are not covered.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Order Protection does not cover:
- Fraudulent or misleading claims
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorised repairs
- Claims submitted after the required timeframe
- Shipping carrier delays
- Items excluded under Capsule Gods standard policies
- Return shipping costs
Capsule Gods reserves the right to refuse any claim that does not meet the eligibility requirements.
CLAIM PROCESSING TIME
We aim to review and process all submitted claims within 1 to 3 business days after receiving all required information and supporting documents.
WHEN IS A PARCEL CONSIDERED LOST
A parcel is considered lost in transit if there has been no tracking update for 21 consecutive days.
After this period, you may submit a claim.
APPROVED CLAIMS
If your claim is approved, you may choose between:
- A replacement order
- A full refund
CLAIM DEADLINE
Claims must be submitted within 30 days from the date your order has been fulfilled, depending on the nature of the issue.
ORDER PROTECTION REFUNDS
If your order is already in transit, the Order Protection fee cannot be refunded.
Order Protection is also non-refundable if you decide to return your items.
