Return Policy
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, but we also understand that sometimes an item isn't quite what you expected. If that happens, don't worry — we're here to make it right.
Returns & Eligibility
We gladly accept returns on full-priced items for:
- An exchange
- Store credit
- A refund
To qualify for a return, your item(s) must meet these conditions:
- Return request submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage or odours
- All original tags still attached
- Returned in their original packaging whenever applicable
Please note: Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if you are exchanging for a different size or item, we will cover the shipping cost for your new shipment.
When We May Decline a Return
Capsule Gods reserves the right to refuse returns that are submitted after the 14-day deadline, or items that are no longer in their original condition. If this happens, the package will be sent back to you, and any shipping fees incurred will not be reimbursed by Capsule Gods.
We hope you love everything you buy from us, but we also know that sometimes an item just isn't right for you. When that happens, we're here to make it easy.
RETURNS & ELIGIBILITY

- Store credit
- A refund to your original payment method
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet these requirements:
- Return request made within 14 days of delivery
- Unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains, odours, or damage
- All original tags still attached
- Returned in their original packaging whenever possible
Non-returnable items: Gift cards and anything clearly marked as final sale.

WHEN WE MAY REFUSE A RETURN
Capsule Gods reserves the right to reject returns that are:
- Submitted after the 14-day window has closed, or
- Showing clear signs of wear, washing, or damage
In such cases, we will send the package back to you. Any shipping fees incurred during this process will not be reimbursed by Capsule Gods.
HOLIDAY GIFT RETURNS
For orders placed between December 1st and December 25th, the return deadline is extended to January 15th, 2026.
BLACK FRIDAY SALES
All purchases made during the Black Friday sale period are final. No exchanges, store credit, or refunds will be offered.
